How long will DUMBO keep my drinks hot or cold?
Dumbo will keep your drink cold 20 hours and hot for 12 hours, thanks to its dual-wall vacuum-insulated stainless steel bottle.
Is My Phone Compatible?
Yes! If your phone doesn’t have MagSafe, you can use a MagSafe-compatible case or the magnetic ring adapter included in your Dumbo box to enjoy the same seamless experience.
Is DUMBO insulated?
Yes! Dumbo is made with double-wall stainless steel insulation, keeping your drinks cold for up to 20 hours and hot for up to 12 hours. However, the Dumbo sport straw should not be used for hot liquids due to burn risk—please read the manual before using.
Is the Magnetic Booster re-usable?
The magnetic booster was designed for single use - but if you are careful when peeling it off (doing so slowly, so that the adhesive stays on the magnetic ring), you can easily attach it to another device. We've done this dozens of times with our samples and it retains its strong grip.
Will DUMBO fit in my car's cupholder?
Dumbo was designed to fit in most cup holders. If you'd like to double- check, the diameter of the Regular bottle is 3.10 inches (78.6 mm) and the diameter of the large bottle is 3.33 inches (84.6 mm).
